The "WeAreIn" Workshop, organized by Dr. Yujie Men and her team together with the Bourns College of Engineering (BCOE), aims to inform and interact with women college students in the Inland Empire who are interested in transferring to UCR or applying for graduate schools. This full-day workshop provides participants a closer look at many facets of the college and the UCR campus: the undergraduate and graduate study and research, as well as many other career development opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students. Participants will get a chance to have face-to-face interactions with current students and faculty, obtaining first-hand experience in application tips, advanced education and research in the STEM fields, and work-life balance. Although women students are encouraged, all genders are welcomed! And it’s FREE!
